The Stratosphere
Amanda with the Strip in the background. That really big curved building is the newest super resort going up called "The Wynn Resort". The guy who is building it sounds a bit concieted, but it is supposed to be the biggest baddest hotel once it goes up. The project is costing about 2.4 billion (note - billion with a b). Stephen Wynn made a fortune off the development of the strip though starting with the Mirage and proceding with the Bellagio, and Treasure Island.
