Delmonico Steak House
We got dressed up and went out to a fancy resturant for one of the nights just to celebrate a bit. We chose the Delmonico Steak house in the Venetian (our hotel) which is owned by Emeril Lagasse (yea, that TV chef guy). The steak was good and the wine list was huge. Then again - the bill was kinda big too. Hey, you only live once so might as well live life large!
